Replacing email chaos with one automated process

Three departments running the same administrative process across disconnected email chains, manual approvals and inconsistent tracking. Information duplicated, requests missed, teams spending significant time chasing updates that should have been automatic.

The solution

Redesigned the entire workflow from scratch. Built a central workspace with live trackers and an automated approval process, replacing multiple email threads with one transparent system every department could access in real time.
